Krysia was amazing! She identified the problem with my foot, and within just two visits I was already healing. I’m so grateful for her expertise and the way she explained everything clearly in detail. She was not only knowledgeable but also kind and caring throughout the process. Everyone at the office is friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Last Friday was my first time in the NEW office ! Wow! It’s absolutely beautiful. I have been a patient with this practice on and off for several years. From the very start, the staff has been incredibly attentive and always focused on fixing the root of the issue rather than just masking symptoms. This is a huge draw for me. I will not go anywhere else because I am a big believer in starting at the root. The space is well designed and very tidy, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I really appreciate the attention to detail in everything they do — whether it’s personalized treatment plans or the thoughtful little touches like having great tunes playing during my sessions!! I’ve never felt rushed or not heard; instead I feel genuinely cared for and know they are looking out for my best interest. They go out of their way to accommodate you and get you on the schedule. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch physical therapy in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. This place truly is wonderful.

Josh is so unbelievably competent. I walked in today with 8/10 back pain, unable to even put my shoes on without help and by the time he was done with me it was down to maybe a 2/10. So impressed and grateful.

integrated physical therapy and wellness is the best. I finally figuring out what was wrong with my back and neck. If I could give them 10 billion stars I would. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. I have had back and neck issues and no one has been able to tell me what it is until I came here. If you need advice on anything PT or vitamin related they are more than willing to help out without any hesitation. If your looking for a place to start Physical therapy, I would HIGHLY recommend Integrative Physical Therapy & Wellness!!

I was referred to the Integrative Therapy Team by my pain management doctor. Instead of shots to hide the pain Krysia and her team finds the causes of the issues and addresses them at the start point. No surgeries or pain management, just work to find the right solutions for you, the patient. Krysia is like a PT pro, pain management and chiropractor all rolled up into one person who learns to understand you.. the patient, then address your needs personally. I can’t recommend her and her team enough if you want long term solutions that don’t include surgery.

I found this space looking for physical therapy facilities that specialize in working with postpartum patients and after reading several reviews made appointments for a series of sessions. This is a team of incredibly talented and knowledgeable staff that have helped me greatly in accomplishing the goals I wanted to address. I feel like everyone I worked with, especially Calla, Krysia, and Amanda, was so thorough in explaining what exercises and work would benefit my recovery. I noticed a quick improvement after just 2 weeks of manual therapy and targeted exercises which I continued for a few more weeks. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, the facility is beautiful and well equipped and it doesn't feel like you're in a stark, clinical setting. Highly suggest this place for postpartum and athletic care!

This is the ONLY place I will ever go for physical therapy. They are amazing! I started first going for pelvic floor issues and have continued with any other therapy needs I’ve had. They actually DO pelvic floor work, which was hard for me to find initially. Integrative takes your problem and doesn’t just zero in on it. Their philosophy is “Overall wellness” they know everything is connected and work your body(and mind) accordingly. Their care and management of my pain and body has given me more movement, freedom and new life. Everyone I’ve worked with are kind, extremely knowledgeable, professional and, most importantly, good at what they do. I will go nowhere else. I highly recommend Integrative to anyone!!

Krisha Witkowski is AMAZING! Getting on her table is best part of my day!! She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was recommended by 3 friends who rave about her, and she lives up to the hype. Maureen is also a delight; she is always so helpful with appointments. A physical therapy practice that is highly recommended.

10/10 recommend!! I’ve been to so many different physical therapy offices, and this one is my favorite by far. The staff is absolutely amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve been dealing with hypermobile EDS for a long time, and this is the first office that truly understands the condition. They’ve taken the time to educate me and are actively helping me reduce my daily pain. I’ve done PT on and off for over 10 years and honestly started to believe it just didn’t work for me because I never saw real progress. I’ve only had a few sessions here so far and I’m already noticing a difference — which says a lot. Highly recommend!
